1. Filter is initially inspected for obvious wear or damage
   
   
2. Excess dust is removed by mechanically induced vibration
   
   
3. Filter is loaded into a Zaiser 2000 cleaning machine that uses*:
   • Turbulent pressurized air
   • High CFM Vacuum
   • Mechanically Induced Vibration
     
     
4. Filter is tested using our manometer test stand
   
   
5. Filter is inspected a second time using high intensity light
   
   
6. Filter is hand wiped for trace amounts of dust
   
   
7. Filter is carefully packaged for delivery
